Erin Olejnik (RMT) integrates Massage Therapy, Reiki and Myofascial Release with a competent knowledge of human anatomy,pathology and physiology to help her clients work toward a balance ofpersonal health. With experience as a Birth Doula and a mother herself she also offers prenatal and post-partum massage treatments.
Jodi Forsythe (B.A., RMT) graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2000. Since that time she has practised in both physiotherapy and chiropractic settings, dealing primarily in a rehabilitative capacity. She is currently employed full time at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy as an instructor and administrator, in addition to part-time practise at Hydrostone Osteopathy
Jodi believes in an integrated, pro-active approach to health care, and has committed herself to continuing education in courses such as Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage and Scapular and Rotator Cuff Release.
Neil Melanson (RMT) has been practicing in Halifax since 2000. Having advanced his studies in Myofascial Release with renowned therapists in the U.S., Neil has refocused his therapeutic approach to incorporate Osteopathy. Currently in his first year of studies at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, he also is a faculty member at Northumberland College Massage School, treats clients at both Hydrostone Osteopathy and at the Integrative Practice Center (1649 Barrington St. 4th floor), and is an international instructor of Myofascial Release.
Neil's therapeutic focus incorporates rehabilitation from injury, stress reduction, body awareness and self healing tools.
Lucy van den Brink (B.A., MURP, RMT) graduated with honours from Northumberland College with a diploma in massage therapy in 2007 and was pleased to represent her class as valedictorian. In 2006, Lucy completed her training as a birth doula and currently supports women and their families through pregnancy, labour and delivery.
Lucy combines her knowledge of massage and anatomy with a commitment to health to help women have positive birth experiences. Lucy currently works as a massage therapist and treats a variety of conditions from sports injuries to postural imbalances. She especially enjoyed advanced coursework in myo-fascial therapy and hopes to pursue her studies in osteopathic manual practice
